Baking Reimagined

Baking has always been my love language. It’s how I show up for people, and it’s a big part of who I am. In 2023, that part of my life came to a sudden stop when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Overnight, the recipes I trusted, the products I loved, and the baking routines I relied on could no longer be used. What brought me joy quickly turned into disappointment and frustration.


I am passionate about redefining gluten free baking.  My journey began with a personal challenge and has transformed into a mission to create delicious, allergy-friendly baked goods that everyone can enjoy. Everyone deserves to indulge without compromise.


Would life be easier without Celiac? Of course. But I know I’ve gained experiences, connections, and a purpose I never would have found otherwise. I’m not ready to call this diagnosis a blessing. But I can say this: my love language didn’t disappear. It just had to be reimagined.
